A One-Day Hill Country Retreat for Women Ready to Choose Themselves
“The Mid Life Revival Retreat was just what I needed. I have been struggling with work stress, hormonal changes, and just life stress. I needed a break to reset. This was the pause I needed. Time to reflect, rest, and connect with other amazing women.”

Meet Your Retreat Lead
Melanie Dyer, LPC-S
Founder of Revival Therapy & Revival Retreats
Melanie brings clinical expertise and deep compassion to create a safe, grounded experience where women can slow down and reconnect with themselves — without pressure, performance, or overwhelm.
Meet your facilitators!
Jennifer Fike, LPC, ADS
Jenn believes that healing is most sustainable when we care for both the mind and the body. As an LPC and ADS, her work is grounded in helping people understand their internal experience, cultivate self-compassion, and move from surviving to living with greater calm, connection, and authenticity. Her clinical approach is informed by attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and interpersonal neurobiology-the science of how human relationships and interactions impact the brain, mind, and nervous system.
Jenn’s approach integrates clinical expertise with a deep respect for the body's innate capacity to heal when given the right conditions. To complement her psychotherapy practice, she is also trained in the Five Needle Protocol (5NP), an auricular acupuncture protocol widely used to support nervous system regulation, reduce stress, improve emotional resilience, and encourage relaxation.
It’s Jenn’s hope to help participants settle their nervous systems and create space for reflection, connection, and restoration this weekend.
Sydney Kudeviz, LCSW
Sydney has been a therapist in the Austin community for over 8 years, working in a variety of roles including non-profits, hospitals, and in private practice. Sydney has worked with teens all the way to adults, specializing in trauma, depression, life changes, anxiety, body image concerns, and disordered eating.
Sydney is also an experienced tarot practitioner who loves using her skills as a highly attuned therapist to help people discover things about themselves by using the cards. She hopes to provide insight and clarity to retreat participants, and have a little witchy fun too.
In her free time Sydney enjoys dancing, nerding out on fantasy books, and learning new board games.
Elizabeth Ferrel, Yoga Instructor (Core Power)
Elizabeth is a yoga instructor who believes that the needs of the yogi are the most important part of any yoga session. She provides sessions that leave folks feeling relaxed and in touch with their bodies, rather than focusing on trendy moves that might make her participants feel nervous about their ability level.
Elizabeth was our yoga instructor for our first retreat, and we received feedback that people who had never taken a yoga class before felt comfortable and welcomed into her practice. This is where Elizabeth truly shines.
When Elizabeth isn’t on the mat, you might just catch her on a long run, or a walk with her adorable corgi.

“I wasn’t sure what to expect going into the retreat, but I felt completely taken care of from the moment I stepped into the house. The gift bags made me feel so appreciated and the food was amazing. The message that I could literally do whatever I wanted, ALL DAY, was amazing and freeing. “

“Mid Life Revival Retreat was wonderful. Having time to reflect, relax, and have meaningful connection with other women is so needed. It felt nourishing in the best ways. Can’t wait for the next one!”
- Mid Life Revival Retreat Participant
“Entering a space with the intention to reflect and potentially be vulnerable and where you don't know anyone can be intimidating, but at the Mid Life Revival Retreat I felt safe right away. Not only were my experiences with the other participants positive, but the facilitators made me feel extremely welcome and valued. I felt highly considered and cared for.”
