ABOUT ME

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with a virtual practice in Austin, TX. I work with folks experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, people pleasing tendencies and/or the impacts of developmental trauma. My clients require space to express their feelings after years of putting others before themselves. Clients come to me for self-actualization and I meet them with an authentic, compassionate, and collaboratively challenging approach.

60 Minute, virtual, individual counseling sessions for adults focused on symptom reduction, insight, and self-actualization.

Clinical Supervision

Weekly clinical supervision (individual and group) for LPC Associates (starting August, 2025).

Consultation

Clinical consultation on a range of topics including anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and childhood trauma and neglect.
